Each month in our private community space, I will provide a zoom call on a topic related to natural health and wellness, healing, etc. I encourage you to join me live (to create community and be able to ask your questions during the call). This call will be recorded and posted in our private community space. You will have access to all recordings, and information as long as you continue your subscription to the community.

I will provide an additional education piece, resource, handout, or zoom call each month as well, to focus more on the topic of the month, or something related to current things going on in our world, or something I think will help you and add value to our community.
Plus, access our growing library of gluten, dairy, and soy free recipes including breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack and dessert options.
